Hey everyone ! I finally did it , I reached a point where I came to the conclusion that I just have too many palettes , and while I’m a palette collector, I thought it was time to find a new home for some of these less used palettes.
I meant to take pictures before I gave them to my friend , but these palettes were chosen because I rarely used them , and they were in pretty good condition, so like no pans were showing , still looked and smelled good , and one palette , The Naked Metal Mania from Urban Decay , was super new but I just didn’t connect with that palette. And rather than keeping it and not using it I decided to pass it along to my friend who I know will get some use out of it.
Good bye Naked Metal Mania , you weren’t bad but just not what I need in my collection, with my recent additions of JP Afrogalactic and Girlcult Cyber Tears , I just don’t really see myself reaching for this palette.
The Shimmers were pretty good , but I can dupe alot of these colors , the greys and blacks and browns are nice but I have those smokey colors in Afrogalactic and a few other palettes , the megenta and gold are also found in some of my other palettes as well.
My next palette that I parted ways with was the Wet n Wild Pac-Man palette .
I bought this in the shine kit that included the Pac Man power pellets highlighter and the cute brush. Sadly the palette was the one part of the set that I just never used. I swatched and did looks for the review , but other than that I just never reached for it. Some colors were better than others and could be pretty vibrant(the oranges and the yellow) but I also have many rainbow palettes. Sugarpill Funsize , Makeup Revolution Bird of Paradise , Juvia’s Place Zulu, Urban Decay Electric , and multiple other Juvia’s and Sugarpill palettes are being used more . This palette had such little use that the little imprints were still in the palette. Time to rehome and make some one else happy.

And now on to number 3 ! Rimmel London Magnif’eyes Crimson Edition palette
This palette I liked because it reminded me of Urban Decay’s Naked Cherry palette , but it was pretty hard to blend. Like you could blend , but it took alot of time and you definitely needed a good primer. This just wasn’t my favorite formula , but the colors looked really nice.
Farewell Crimson Eyes !
And finally the last palette to rehome !
It’s Tarte’s Let It Rain-Bow Palette. I was really surprised as I love rainbow palettes and I like small tiny palettes , plus it smells so good like vanilla. But I literally never reached for it. I used it a few times for the review , but I have other pastel rainbow palettes that I like more and have used way more often. So while this palette still looks and performs good, it’s time to go.
And while it’s just four palette’s leaving my collection, I feel like some of my older palettes , are still getting some use. I generally keep some of my beat up older ones( I can’t give those away) as I’m close to panning some colors in Urban Decay Electric, Too Faced Life’s A Festival,Juvia’s Place Wahala Palette,Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons, and even the BH Cosmetics Opalescent Palette. I do need to post some more pans and just general makeup looks to show exactly which palettes are being used daily or weekly. Well let me know what you think and how much makeup you tend to declutter or give away. Have a great week.

Oooooo I could do with decluttering

I had some other things decluttered as well , some lip glosses were a bit to old so they had to be tossed , and sadly some of my liquid stila eye products were just used up lol I was scraping .
