*This product was sent out to me by Gucci and influenster in exchange for my honest review
Pretty cool to find this in the mail ! I had gotten an email letting me know that I was going to be testing out one of the new Gucci Glow blush . I was also happy for the color too as I needed a lighter pink in my collection.

Then packaging has a nice weight and is feels luxe.
I really like the nice contrast of the ivory with the gold.
Here it is in brighter white light

It has a nice little mirror and while it looks more like a megenta rose it swatches quite a bit lighter.
It’s a bit frosty looking in the pan.

My swatches are all on bare skin with no primer . I used my finger to swipe and sort of build the color. My first pic is really sheer with the flash and all my lights.

With just the warm lighting and no flash
white lighting and no flash
Mixed lighting and no flash up close. There’s a bit of shimmer and the and I noticed that the blush kind of melts into the skin. And yes it’s buildable but it’s very diffused looking for the most part.
Now for some face pics.
I thought the shimmer would make this kind of like a blushlighter but no the shimmer really doesn’t translate on my cheeks , the green highlight above is the Nyx buttermelt highlight in butta mint . I used a stiffer blush brush and sort of built it up on my cheeks , I actually kind of appreciated that it was more subdued than some of my other blushes since it didn’t compete with my eyes or lips. Like I could tell I was wearing blush but it wasn’t super bright. Perfect for when I need a more diffused look. It’s also like a cool frosted rose pink on my skin.
In better light .
And with my hair down.
And my next pictures , I decided to really build the blush up ! I wanted a little more color on my cheeks and it to be a bit bolder . Also I wore Glamlite Concha Highlighter with it . I forgot how more of a glittery, chunky formula the concha was compared to my other newer highlighters.

Also it was time to bring out the Papaya pop palette too as well as the Glamlite Donut too. I was also testing out the Charlotte Tilbury KISSING lipstick in Pillow Talk. I’ll have a separate review for that soon.

I had to add a bit of purple to my lips to really bring everything else out. But I actually really liked the rosey blush, it’s more cool toned and even though I used more it doesn’t look overdone . I like it.

I would like to see more shades released in this line, it’s a bit pricey but it feels really nice . It’s definitely for more diffused looks but you can build it up a bit if you want more color. It’s probably not going to be a as bright as some of the liquid formulas though. I did like the look of the bright ruby red shade, it’s sort of a fruit punch red , but when I had my choice , I was worried that it may clash with my current hair color. I do think it was one of the more interesting colors in the Gucci glow blush line. I would love for them to make a purple, lavender or lilac, but again I love those shades in blush form. Well let me know what you think and if you have tried any of the other Gucci glow shades .

It looks great on you, especially in the built-up pics!

Thanks so much ! I was pleasantly surprised with how nice it looks ! I’ve been wearing blush more and more. Which is wild to me when I first started doing makeup , I was always really shy about using it.

I’m glad you came around to liking blush! You’re able to pull off natural colors as well as less traditional shades (like purple). It’s nice to see that among your posts!
