tarte maneater mascara review

And now for a nice mini review ! I actually had this tiny mascara since April , I got it as a free sample with one of my purchases from Ulta.

I actually haven’t tried too many Tarte products but I’ve liked most of the things I’ve tried from them , the last being the Let It Rain-Bow palette and the Light,Camera Mascara . Honestly that Light’s Camera Mascara was my personal favorite as I loved the formula and the brush on the wand. It gave me really fluffy lashes . I might need to rebuy that again as it’s one of my favorites , right up there with Milk Kush Mascara.

Now back to Maneater !

The formula itself is nice , it doesn’t clump and the bristles of the wand do separate lashes way better than the Diorshow Mascara that I reviewed last month. I’m actually really liking this formula , maybe not as much as Light’s, Camera , Mascara but enough that I would probably pick up a full size.

I’m so happy to not have another clumpy spidery mascara !

And now for another set of rainbow eyes !

I tried to get different angles to show off how nice my lashes came out this time .

Also I completely forgot which shimmer I used on my eyes , but the halo highlighter from Wet n Wild was used on my brow bone.

I do think I used the Juvia’s Place Culture 2 and probably SugarPill Funsized for the rainbow . This is the problem with taking pics and not posting them right away, it’s been too many weeks .

I’ll eventually hit pan sometimes on some of my older palettes.

I also tried my best not to go overboard with the highlighter , although it was hard to, I really want to use more highlighter.

I like even the full face pics , I can notice my lashes .

Overall I think this one was definitely a winner. And while some of Tarte’s makeup doesn’t really interest me ( I seem to remember having a very drying liquid lipstick from them ) their mascara’s are pretty solid choices . Well let me know what you think and if you have tried any other Tarte products recently.
