Yup it happened , Genshin Impact has finally collated with a makeup or beauty company . I mean there was the Kiehl’s collab but that was skincare . And actually to be honest this new collab with Charlotte Tilbury is also skincare based as well . There are some cool trinkets and the collectors box are very cool .
Plus the mascot for this collab is non other than Mona , the broke astrologist with ties to the Hexenzirkel . She’s a first generation character and I can see why she was picked for this collab , even if she might not have had the mora to spend of on Charlotte Tilbury ,poor girl is always broke. And while Zina’s eying some of the collection, I was disappointed in the lack of actual makeup for these sets. I really thought Charlotte would’ve thrown in nice highlighter , blush or lipstick for this one . But no, the $60 small box will have a crystal elixir dropper , a setting spray and water cream moisturizer.
And for the items I’m eying the mirror and the cute little pouch.
I think the pouch would be great to hold my tarot cards .
When I first mirror I really thought it would be a highlighter or blush , I think it was a missed opportunity since one of Charlotte Tilbury’s new face palette’s is heart shaped with serious magical girl vibes .
And now let’s check out the big box !
This set includes a larger ,water cream moisturizer, eye serum and lip oil . The names honestly work with Genshin’s magical vibe .
And the cute stuff we have headbands , stickers , and a really cool tote bag with Mona , and a makeup bag too.
This bigger box is $210 and both boxes do come with primogem rewards as well.
I want to like this collab but I think the lack of makeup is really stopping me from really pulling the trigger . I hope in the future there are more makeup collabs with Genshin Impact though as the magical, whimsical aesthetic would work well with other makeup collections in general . Plus Genshin Impact has almost 100 characters , at least give Xilonen a makeup collection.
I was Lucky enough to get her a second time ! Now she skates a little longer , and helps out with my other character’s some interruption resistance .

I didn’t realize the bigger set included that tote. I initially was wishing the headband was included in the small box too, but I’m guessing it wouldn’t fit on my big head considering the eye mask was a bit too snug. lol. In looking over the items for that bigger box…I really feel like that’s a crazy price. I’m glad the small one was an option. My review for it will be posted today! Also, my husband got the new cook character. Was yours successful in getting her too?

Oh that’s sad the eye mask doesn’t fit . And yeah I feel like the proce is a bit too high even though the tote bag is super cute .
Oh and that’s awesome ! Yes my fiance just got the chef lady too ! Shes pretty sassy .
