Quick Review: Burt’s Bee’s Pink Grapefruit Moisturizing Lip Balm

Its summer and you live in a arid enviroment, or maybe its the opposite for some and you live in a cold and dry climate. Either way our poor lips. So I decided to try out this Burt’s Bee’s Pink Grapefruit lip balm. And so far its been pretty good, I’ve been using it for a good week and have noticed my lips have been alot softer and moisturized. I’m not a super balm nut , so I don’t always wear balm but I do try to  apply in the morning and after I get out of the shower in the evenings. its a really smooth and not too oily texture. but it gets soaked into my lips fairly quickly. Plus I like the smell , it reminds me of those Sunkist Grapefruit gummi candies.  And I think most of tghe ingrediants are pretty good unless you are sensitive to citrus or jojoba oils .  Plus I noticed my liquid lipsticks have gone on a little easier when applying this beforehand. just don’t overdo it since some liquid lipsticks tend to dislike too much oils. Overall I think I would buy this again and even try the Mango flavor if they have it in stock.

  2. Great post! I love Burt’s Bees. I always apply some after my shower in the morning. This helps my lips stay soft and feeling great. Also, as I currently have a cold, the traditional scent is helping my with my sinuses LOL! Thanks for the follow back on my blog by the way.       1. I have a restaurant review coming up this week and a movie/book review in the next couple weeks. It’s fun to “review” all different things. Makeup is definitely my favorite though! Haha!

      2. I will mainly stick with makeup , but I actually like reviewing hair dye colors too . And maybe some media but not really sure which . My fantasy books and casual nintendo games maybe a bit niche .

        At the moment I’m enjoying Essence lipglosses and My Little Pony lip balms.

        Unfortunately, none of them are grapefruit-scented. But I’ll keep my eyes peeled for the Burt’s Bees lip balm!

  4. I use lip balm literally all the time. I carry one with me everywhere lol. I havent tried this one but I definitely liked their strawberry one. Definitely super moisturizing, I’d love to try the mango one as well.
