Lion King Eye look Inspired by BookAndBeautyblog

I was browsing wordpress when I found the Bookandbeautyblog and saw her amazing Lion King Eyeshadow looks  .She did this amazing job and her Circle of Life inspired me to try something out with some of my oranges and reds . I know it doesn’t look exactly like hers since the colors are precise , but I had fun trying out a new look .

The sun part wasn’t quite as vibrant as I wanted.

First I prepped my eyes with UD primer potion and then a white concealer from an old Ulta palette .I used  Firestarter from UD Elements Palette in the crease and blended it out with the fluffy brush , then started blending in Slowburn from UD Electric over Firestarter and up to my part of my browbone . I was a bit worried about it going up to high but just kind of went with it overall . I liked how dramatic it looked .Very Lion King like .  I made sure to keep the center of my eyelids white so I could later press in Sunset Dream from Too Faced’s Life’s a Festival . It wasn’t quite bright enough so I added Fun in the Sun from the same palette and really liked how sunny and bright it was . I also patted a bit of Fun in the Sun in the inner corner of my eyes as well . Then I finished up with  Too Faced Damn Girl ! mascara and mixed together Wet N Wild Blinddate with Bite Beauty Chai, with Too Faced Matte Talic Metal Transformer on top for shine . I was pretty happy with how it came out , and it was fun wearing my oranges and reds together in such a bold look .

I know this is quite a late post too , I meant it to be published earlier but I didn’t have my pictures on my laptop till today. So I’ll be posting a few more things .
