Happy Halloween everyone! I decieded to to be lazy again this year and only do makeup for Halloween. I know I’m up early but I was bored and wanted to play around with blues and cool colors.
For this look I used quite a few palettes including:
- Nyx marshmallow primer.
- Nyx Jumbo liner in Milk.
- Juvia’s the Rebel Grey Quad , the white silver all over my lid.
- Urban Dcay Elements palette , with the shade Sapphire Dreams in the crease.
- Juvia’s Place Wahala palette with the shade Love (matte cyan blue for the spots).
- iMethod black liner for the cat eye
- Dior Diorshow overvolume mascara
- BeautyBlender bounce foundation in neutral olive
- revlon setting blotting powder
- Urban Decay overnighter setting spray
- Sheglam UFO highlighter
- Fenty Dramacla$$ purple blush
- and an unbranded leopard print stencil
- Fenty Go Deep blue poutsicles blue lipstick

I wasn’t sure how well the shadow would show up on my face without using a white base first, but Juvia’s Place mattes are really pigmented. So I had no issues. Some of the spots were a little bigger than I wanted but I think they still came out nice.

I also reallyn liked how the silver eye makeup made the look pop. I was inspired by a post I saw on Instagram of Monster High Frankie Stein eye makup on Melt’s page. They recently released a super cute Monster High Colletcion that I want but I may pass since I have alot of the colors still. I’m still using my old Wahala and Juvia’s Place palettes as they just keep going. And while I’m trying to ( slowly) do a project pan on all my older palettes , some of those pans are huge!

I initially wore a cat eared beanie first but it made it hard to see the spots on my forehead too. Also now that my Dior mascara is almost dried up , it seems to be working better than when it was new? What gives?

Also setting spray after applying the spots really helped keep the rosettes in place. I did foolishly try to blend in a lighter turqouise shade but it just made it blotchy. So maybe next time I can try a different color scheme for my spots. But for now the blue leopard is giving me a nice alien vibe.

I had to lean back to show off my spots. Overall I’m really happy with this stencil. It’s nice and easy to use plus it gives me a good reason to use up some of my older eyeshadows. I’ve been on a serious low buy for most of the year, but I still do have quite a bit of things left in my drafts. Let’s see if I can get most of them posted before the year is up. Hope you all have a Happy Halloween ! Let me know in the comments what your plans and makeup ideas are.🎃🦇👻
