And taking a break from makeup and games for a sec. I thought I would review these Women’s petites multivitamins. I usually take the normal sized vitamins, but they can get stuck in my throat if I don’t have a big orange juice or drink around. So I thought it would be a good idea to try these.
So for these vitamins, it says to take two vitamins daily. I usually split this up into one for breakfast (depending on how much protien or fatty it is ) and the second one with lunch. I do suggest taking with kind of protein or fat ( good fats like avocado and fish ect) since I did hear that it was better for nutrient absorption. I think it’s because the tablet contains fat soluble and water soluble vitamins. So it’s just easier to break it down. Also I’m not an expert but that’s what I’ve read. Also I have not really had any cramps, which I have sometimes gotten with the larger vitamins. Overall I like these better as they’re smaller and easier to take with drink and food. Oh and I even have one of my larger One a Day women’s vitamins for comparison.
The mini vitamin is the bottom one. It’s also a lot smoother than the normal women’s vitamin. I actually forgot how rough the normal one was. So if you have issues with how big or rough your normal vitamins are , I think this an excellent alternative. I’m not sure but there may be a men’s as well. So let me know what you think in the comments, if you take vitamins along with trying to eat healthy?

Ah, I didn’t even realize that a smaller vitamin pill was an option. I was thinking it might also be a good choice for senior folks who have difficulty with swallowing due to various health issues. Thank you for making me aware these smaller pills are out there.

Whops, sorry about just sending in a double reply. Sometimes I write something and then it disappears but reemerges later after I’ve already rewrote. Anyhow, that is a good reminder about the vitamins in liquid form too!

Younger folks who have taken care of older family members might be familiar with that struggle. Thank you for making me aware that the smaller pills are out there and sold under a pretty widely available brand.
