Inotea Bubble tea honey dew review

I have more boba to review ! I saw these cans of Boba before when shopping at a different store , but the flavors didn’t really catch my eye till I saw honeydew . I love honeydew melon and one of my favorite boba flavors to order at this little donut shop is honeydew . So when I got home , I opened the can and took a few sips . The first thing I noticed was that it’s kind of hard to drink the boba pearls with drink , the tea comes first and all the boba settle at the bottom .

I decided to dig in my drawer and look for a spare boba straw ,thankfully I had an extra from a previous boba kit . I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea to just stick the straw in the can but it was a horrible idea . The tab fell in the drink , and I was like why did I do that . SMH . Well time to just pour the drink out in a glass . And now the real review starts .

The flavor of the tea itself is really nice . It has a really nice honeydew taste , with light green tea or matcha notes . Also according to the label there is apple juice as well but I really didn’t notice it . The boba pearls are the weakest part of the drink in my opinion. They’re chewy , with not really any flavor of their own . I think the drink could’ve been improved with brown sugar flavored pearls . Now back to the honeydew tea, it’s very similar to Tazo honeydew matcha concentrate. I’ve only bought it once since the story that carried it decided to not order any more in , but I would pick it up again if I could find it. The Tazo , going off memory had more of a fuller honeydew and matcha flavor and was a tiny bit sweeter than the tea in this can. The canned honeydew tea is refreshing , not overly sweet but still very fruity.

Overall this was a pretty cool find , I would probably pick this up again since I can’t seem to find the Tazo honeydew dew matcha . It’s less sweet than some of the other boba kit’s but I really love honeydew.

I did look online and found other flavors of canned boba by Inotea , taro, brown sugar and finally Banana . I really wish my store had banana as that sounds amazing ! I need more fruity boba flavors . Well let me know what you think and if you have seen these in store or have tried this before .
