Hey everyone ! I thought I would start the new year with some new makeup ! I recently saw the Pacifica vegan eyeliner ,and since I used to be a big fan of their roller perfumes and mascara , I decided to try this out . 
It’s pretty much your standard wooden pencil , nothing too fancy but the color is a vibrant neon sky blue ! I’m pretty excited as I’ll be dyeing my hair a similar shade soon . Also this pencil smells kind of like the crayola colored pencils , nothing offensive but thought I would mention it . 
It glides on really easy on my skin and while it does stick to skin really well you can smudge it for a more diffused look on your eyes . 
I was able to kind of smudge the heart . And while it does sort of smudge , it doesn’t come off quite that easily with water , so a good oil based makeup remover would help .
For this look I decided to use a shimmer jelly shadow from the Makeup Revolution Bird of Paradise palette ( it’s amazing it’s still squishy) and a bit or the Nyx buttermelt highlighter in Butta Mint on my eyes . Then lined with Ocean and used some mascara . I was trying to go more simple so I could try out more of my highlighter .
I likwe that I was able to do some graphic lines too
This pencil reminds me of an old Hot Topic electric blue liner that I loved ! It’s a little smudgier and glides on better , than the Hot Topic liner , so a nice upgrade .
This was right before I redyed my hair . It’s mostly white and pastel blue/mint , so I wanted my makeup to match , blue, and mint highlighter.
Ans somehow I was able to mix a cool grey lipstick too! Overall I really liked this liner and I would be down to try the other colors . It’s bright , glides on easy and I really love this shade of sky blue . It looks like there’s also a lilac, mint and rose shade available as well . So I’ll definitely be trying those out as well.
