I finally found Tazo Green Tea Matcha again ! The store I usually go to stopped carrying it because that store has vendetta against me . They always discontinue items or stop carrying them as a way to spite me . Not really but it does seem like it sometimes . So please excuse my beef with my local grocery store, we have a complicated relationship .
But thankfully Target carries Tazo matcha! And what makes this one super cool is that is has honeydew melon flavor too . It’s really similar to the Inotea Bubble tea honeydew , but has a bit of a stronger matcha flavor to go with the nice sweet honeydew notes . This honestly one of my favorite Tazo teas , as I love anything with honeydew. I forgot to take a picture of a cup but it’s basically the nice matcha earthy green shade , sort of diluted as I like to pour it in my Almond milk or oat milk .
I’ve had it both cold and heated up . Although I prefer it warm , it’s really good with some ice in the summer .
It’s honestly a pretty solid matcha , with the earthy tea flavor , it’s not bitter but not overly sweet , even though the honeydew makes it taste really crisp. Too me it tastes a bit like biting into the fruit while drinking matcha . It’s a really good combination .
I would definitely recommend if you love matcha and melon flavors . Last time I stopped into Target , there was also a strawberry flavor as well . I may go back next time and pick that up , but I really should finish up some of the Horchata almond milk that I recently bought . Let me know in the comments what some of your favorite drinks are ?
