azzaro forever wanted elixir review

Hi everyone ! I’m back with a new fragrance review! This one was a pretty cool surprise, and because it’s a male cologne I decided to have my fiance’s brother help me out with testing this out. My fiance doesn’t really like fragrances that much and suggested that we recruit his brother . So yup sometimes it’s a team effort to review these products . Also the packaging for this fragrance is really cool . It’s like a golden gun barrel . And when I looked up Azzaro fragrances i noticed they’re all like this.

Or maybe it’s a gun chamber. I’m not really sure since I’m not a gun expert , but it looks cool.

And I’ll be honest going off this packaging I was expecting it be a very manly strong scent . Something that I wasn’t going to really like.

Again cool bottle . But I did get to smell this and I was super surprised , this is fruity and sweet ! Like raspberries meets citrus . There’s also some woodsy and earthy and herby  notes as well . Maybe some leather , and a tiny bit of spice but nothing overpowering . I did give this to my bro and he tried it out for a week .

And he loved it ! I was so surprised as he  isn’t a fragrance guy either , but he wore at work and even took it to the gym so his friend’s could try it.  Our Aunt even loved it too ! I was really surprised with this one , as I was expecting super hyper masculine strong scent , but this one is honetsly more unisex . the fruit notes are sweet but not overly sweet , the spices and woods scent is subtle and not overpowering. It has a good lasting power but doesn’t overstay it’s welcome. the dry down is really nice too It’s a really nice fresh fragrance .  And my favorite part is really the fruity notes , I really liked how they balanced the sweetness with the woods and earth. there’s other bit of the scent which I looked up and i guess that’s the leather , at first I thought it might be tabacco , but I think it’s just supposed to be leather. 

Overall this was a really nice surprise , and definitely better than the Tom Ford cologne I tested out a few months ago.  I would definitely recommend trying this in store though, since most of my friends and family did really like it , but I know fragrances can be subjective.  Also since my fiance’s bro helped me out , I thought he should keep it since he really liked it . I still have my other perfumes to use up . Well let me all know what you think and if you have tried this or any other Azzaro fragrances . let me know , I’ve never  smelled the OG Azzaro  so would definietly like to hear your thought on it.
