method island mist repairing conditioner review

And here’s one of my other cool drugstore finds ! A new Method conditioner . Since I went crazy and bleached my hair twice I’ve been mostly using conditioner to clean my hair and really shampooing a few times a week . So I mostly use conditoner in my hair care routine, which makes me go through quite a bit of conditioner . Plus i really love mango and this smells amazing !

This is a pretty good conditioner if you like products that don’t use added silicones , it’s pretty simple ingredients and has mango, coconut, and olive oil plus other fruit extracts. It’s not as conditioning as the Simply Nourish conditioner , but it does seem to be helping out my hair. My hair’s bleached and colored so it can get dry and can be extra fragile , but I’ve noticed that my hair does appear a little more thick and hasn’t been breaking off. It might be the ceramides which are lipids that are supposed to kind of lock in moisture . So maybe it’s doing something . I’m not totally positive but it smells amazing . Like a mango dessert with a hint of the hibiscus florals and something else. It reminds me of a mango smoothie from Jamba Juice. Now if they made a bodywash or deodorant in the scent i will definitely be picking this up. Oh and for those curious this is color safe , even if you have colors like green , pink , or blue . I’ve used a bit of this conditioner and mixed with my dye to refresh my teal .  The only draw back is  it didn’t really do much for my fiance’s hair. He needed even more moisture , so he just uses the Simply Nourish.  But he has a different hair type than me , so maybe that’s it. On the plus side I keep the bottle to myself now . Well let me know what you think and have a great week !
