micheal Kors pour femme eau de parfum review

Hey everyone ! It’s time for a rare fragrance review , influenster and Micheal Kors were nice enough to send me a sample . I wore this maybe twice and had my fiance also let me know what he thought of the scent. 

So I was kind of excited to try it as online and in the card this is supposed to be kind of a fruity/floral mix with kind of a woodsy base. And while I do kind of detect the mandarin and soemthing else , this is like a super flowery scent. And not really in a good way either. I wasn’t too fond of it to be honest. It’s a bit generic in my opinion. It reminded me of some of the dollar store perfumes , and while some of those smelled okay this really seems to be a one note fragrance in my opinion. It starts out like a super sweet floral with the mandarin hints , then the patchouli and woodsy notes just dominate as it dries down. and it’s just those scents , overly floral , patchouli ( think the incense sticks ) and wood. very boring and kind of just not interesting . My finace really didn’t like it as he said it just kind of smelled like other perfumes and he just didn’t find it pleasant or memorable. As for layering with other fragrances , you could possibly do that but I feel like the floral and patchouli would overpower what ever you were trying to pair it with . Like I had a coconut lotion underneath and i could only smell this perfume. I don’t think I’ll be using the rest of this sample and may try to see if one of my family members want to try it. 

Overall I would say skip this frgrance even if you like floral scents , it just seems to generic and a bit boring , plus kind of strong . Let me know in the comments what you think of Micheal Kors other fragrances and if you’re a fan , maybe I just need to try another.
