So a while a go I grabbed some more mascara on sale and this one looked pretty interesting . My rimmel one is almost dried up and I’m still sort of using my Milk Kush mascara ( even though it’s a bit dry too) So I definitely needed another one. I never realized how often I go through mascara . This particular mascara is meant to make your lashes look fuller and dramatic . So kind of like the Milk Kush , or at least that’s what I’m hoping.
The brush isn’t too fancy , nor is it super spikey. Which is great as I’m not a huge fan of the spikey brushes that some mascaras come with.
So I don’t know if this is because I got this on sale at the drugstore and it was bit older , or if the formula is just naturally dry. But this mascara was so dry and it barely covered my lashes . I swiped it on my arm and it was just super powdery . So I’m not really sure. I feel like this one is a bit of dud.
It didn’t really wow me to be honest and it just looks very meh. The brush didn’t really seperate the lashes the best either so I had to kind of manually move my lashes.
Also I really had to dig in my phone for the rest of my Juvia’s Place Afrogalactic palette . It’s such a pretty palette and I love the color story. Buty sadly I just haven’t taken that many pictures of eye looks with this palette. So incoming JP review coming up soon.
Overall I would just pass on this mascara if you see it , it’s not that great, and at least mine was really dry. It totally could just be because it’s older , but it could also be the formula. Either way I didn’t notice any dramatic difference with my lashes . Let me know if you have used this and maybe I just got an old mascara. Have a great week !
