It’s time to go through all my drafts and finally review some makeup !! I’ve had this and the Olori 3 for a while and while I do use them , I haven’t reviewed them . Plus I have Olori 2 on the way as well ! So my Olori trilogy is complete !!
I swatched this in the store and fell in love with the teal shimmer in the bottom . I skipped it though but my fiancé surprised me with this palette a few months ago . He knows me so well ! I honestly didn’t know if the oranges and light bronze orange would work well with the rest of the palette , but you know what they actually do . It reminds me of a beach color story , orange and yellow sands , teal and blue blues . A great summer palette but I’m just now reviewing it in October😅.
Here’s an up close look at the pans . The shimmer on top looks a little darker than it is in real life but it’s amazing . And I even like the orange shimmer too .
The top shimmer looks a little patchy but it does look so mych better over a glitter glue or white base. These shadows really need the tacky base.
And here’s that bottom blue green metallic shadow. I lined it over the mint Nyx jumbo liner . It made a great graphic liner look.
It’s bit blurrier in this picture but I like how nice the metallic sheen is.
It was kind of weird trying to get the right angles for a picture though.

And now for my tropical beach look!
This look I wanted to try using most of the palette. I used the lighter yellow orange matte and blended that into my crease. Afterwards I blended the darker sunbrust orange . It doesn’t look as well blended as it does on this eye below.
I think I could’ve blended it out a little better , but it’s definitely pigemented. I used my white liner again to make the blue teal really pop. And I did borrow from the Olori 3 for that light blue shimmer in my inner corner. And let’s go ahead and do the orange metallic shade on the bottom. Oh I did have to pull out another shade for my brow bone , but that’s okay. I just wanted the oranges to blend a bit more.
I’m letting my hair fade more before I try out Moonstone.

I reallyn liked how this look turned out. I usually don;t mix teals, blues and oranges together but it works. I think it’s because the undertones of the oranges are so nice. Like their kind of earthy or in this case beachy. It reminds me of that old Urban Decay beached palette as it was also oranges, bronzes, with the teals and blues mixed in . I always kind of regretted not picking that one up, but hey now I have a nice dupe. If I want some of the deeper browns I have the other Olori and my other Juvia’s place palettes for those shades.
And now for the last look ! It’s Sea Witch time!
So I used that metallic teal shade , I never noticed when I used it for the graphic liner but there’s a bit of shift and the lighting here catches it better in this picture. This shade is very mermaidy and I love it . It’s the bottom teal metallic and I’m loving it paired with the matte teal. I used the beachy orange and with a fluffy brush on my brow bone and attempted to use the yellow/orange shimmer. It looked kind of strange in my opinion on my lower lash so I covered it up with the blue/teal shimmer on top and got this nice tropical green. You can still kind of see the yellow but it sort of shifts .
My wing looks wonky but I feel like this picture shows that nice shift of the metallic shade. It looks bright aqua but also has this nice darker shift to it. Very mermaid like.
But it’s Spooky season , so lets go Sea Witch instead. I’ve got my smokey jade lipstick and my purple striped top. Plus my hair is greyish blue , so yeah we’ll go with the aquatic witch theme.
up close pic to show off the eyes !
Here you can see the green on the bottom, total happy accident that those two shimmer shades mixed so well.
Overall I really liked this palette , it’s got some nice finishes , and now I don’t feel bad about passing up on the Urban Decay Beached palette those many moons ago. Plus good news , I was able to grab the Olori 2 ! So that will be coming up soon. I have a whole trilogy of Olori palettes ! let me know what you think and if you are a fan of collecting palettes in a series . Have a great week !

Wow, their palletes have so pigment. Really love the shimmer shades in particular.
